Interview with Christina Theodorou and Mira Zacharia
Sisters Christina and Mira were born in Aradippou, a farming community in southern Cyprus near Larnaca. They discuss how they migrated as young children and like many of their generation left school early to assist their parents in the family business. Initially hindered by a limited education, Christina and Mira recount how they both proved to be enterprising and creative women who achieved successful careers: Christina in business and catering and Mira in the children’s fashion industry, and Law.
