Interview with George Apostolou
George Apostolou was born and spent much of his childhood in the rich cultural atmosphere of Alexandria, Egypt until the expulsion of the Greeks by President Nasser. George recounts his upbringing in Australia, his early sporting achievements, and his career in accountancy. He remains a very active member in The Greeks of Egypt and the Middle East Society and a foundation member of Festival Hellenika. George expounds upon his philosophy, engagement and contribution to the broader Greek community.
